The staff at Vertu MINI Bridgwater were good because they were polite, knowledgeable and professional. Most importantly for me they were not pushy and listened to my questions and concerns. My experience at Vertu MINI Bridgwater could have been better because the dealership completed the wrong forms. I traded in my old car and I was notified by DVLA that I was no longer the owner of both my old car and the new one that I had just bought. I had contact the DVLA to rectify the mistake and then re tax my new car.
